| Support and Training |

| Ongoing support is handled by the Altimax Customer Support Center. Each member of our team has been trained to be expert in the systems and the technical environments in which they are installed. |

| The Altimax Support Team can be contacted via telephone, fax or e-mail. The Support Centre is fully equipped with diagnostic tools and remote control software, so that any problems that do arise can be resolved in as short a time as possible. On-site and 24 hour support also can form part of the support package. |

| Our experienced Trainers assist with the training of all systems, both off-site and on-site. A wide range of courses and consultancy services are available also; including system administration, user training, report writing, and advanced technical training. |
